Torch Run, Day Eleven

Beau, from Tennesee, left, torch in paw this morning for Hopper in Illinois. His Momma waved and watched until he was out of sight, then turned to one of our reporters and said, "there goes my baby." It is hard to turn these kids out like this, some have never been in the huge Outside. We need to thank all the moms letting them go on this adventure and, also, for graciously taking in the runner who brings the torch to them.
