New Judge and Teleporting Instructions

First of all, I would like to mention that we have a new judge, Brendan of Caturday. We welcome him and glad he could join us. Thank you Brendan!!!

Teleporting--Standard teleporting procedures will take place with a few minor changes. These changes are as follows: You will jump/leap before going into teleporting mode. (This is representative of the events.) You will also say your teleporting thought 5 times instead of 3. (Representing the 5 rings/paws of color.)
